Ruin or Bargain

Ruin or Bargain is a feel-good lifestyle format, where in each episode we help a young couple find a charming old home that is in dire need of a full renovation.

Our real estate broker host introduces three different houses to the young couple. All of the houses are located in the countryside, meaning that their prices are much lower than in the big city centres.

We get to follow the whole renovation process from the point of view of the couple themselves. The joy of succeeding and the desperation of failing!

After seeing the beautiful results, the host goes through the finances. What would the house be worth now if it was put on the market? So in the end, we’ll find out, whether their efforts were worth it, and if they ended up buying a Ruin… or a Bargain!
