Every Other Week

Every Other Week is a dramedy that explores different aspects of being a divorced woman today. The series spins around topics like relationships, sex, the search for eternal youth, friendship and career in combination with the everyday struggle of being a single parent.

In «Every other week» we meet the hard working TV-journalist Frida, a warm, loving and temperamental single mum of three kids. After divorcing her ex-husband Jonas, her goal is to manage by herself for the very first time in life. She’s dreaming of keeping a friendly relation to her ex, being on top at work, being a good friend, and most important, creating a cozy, new home and being a good mother of her children.

Frida has decided to live in celibacy, which she marks by getting rid of the last traces of her marriage – the birth control. But when she realizes that Jonas has already moved on, Frida throws herself in the arms of the way to young barista, Tobias. This marks the start of a new beginning, where Frida realizes that maybe her love life isn’t dead after all.
